We offer two methods of shipping - Standard which costs a flat $4.99 and is FREE for orders over $65 and Expedited.
- Standard shipping will arrive within 3-7 business days.
- Expedited will arrive within 2-3 business days. (Orders placed by Noon EST)
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $65.
We always ship products with tracking numbers and delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered but not received. Please make special arrangements if there is a possibility that your package may "disappear" between the time it is delivered and received by you.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy, please call us at 888-384-6200 prior to sending a product back so that we can try to resolve any issues immediately, and authorize a return as needed.
- Products that are in new, saleable condition may be returned within 45 days for a full refund, less shipping.
- Between 45-90 days, you may return products that are in new, saleable condition for a credit.
- Sale items are not returnable, unless noted otherwise.
- You responsible for the return shipping, unless the product is deemed defective or mis-shipped.
- You are responsible for ensuring the product arrives to us, so you may want to consider tracking and/or insurance for higher valued items.
- Returns should be received back within 2 weeks of authorization.
- Please report damaged items within 7 days of receiving product
Returns of furniture items may incur a 15% restocking fee.
You may request an exchange within 90 days of purchase. Returned product must be in new, saleable condition. We ask that you pay for the return shipping, and we will pay for the outbound shipping of the new item.
